Tsukiji Tae is a minor supporting character that appears in Muv-Luv Extra, Muv-Luv Alternative Chronicles Resurrection and Muv-Luv Altered Fable.

Extra[edit | edit source]
A student in class 3-D, along with Suzumiya Akane, Takahara and Asakura. Tsukiji doesn't appear in Extra herself, as she somehow gets replaced by her counterpart from the cat universe or something before the events of Extra unfold (don't ask me, a Kouzuki did it!).
Alternative[edit | edit source]
A member of the United Nations 11th Force, serving in Yokohama Base's 207th Training Unit Squad A underneath Jinguuji Marimo, with Suzumiya Akane acting as squad leader. Tsukiji is later assigned to the Valkyries after their successful Comprehensive Combat Skill Evaluation, graduating along with Akane, Kashiwagi Haruko, Takahara and Asakura. She is the second of her class to be killed in action, perishing in the Yokohama Base Incident during the XM3 trials.
The cat version of herself is briefly referenced in the Alternative VN (though not by name) after Shirogane Takeru escapes to the Extra branch world.
While she doesn't make an on-screen appearance in Alternative proper, Tsukiji was present in the prequel VN Muv-Luv Alternative Chronicles Resurrection.
Altered Fable[edit | edit source]
No longer a cat in this timeline, she takes part in the airsoft battle with the rest of class 3-D as her comrades. Later, she possibly gets molested by a bratty savior. Has a real problem with saying something snarky and then immediately apologizing for it.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Tae has a close friendship with Akane, as seen throughout her appearances in Muv-Luv where they are never far apart. She often acts as Akane's right hand assistant with whatever task the girl is undertaking.
- In an Alternative sidestory, after Tae's death during the XM3 trials, Akane revealed that she is holding onto Tae's hairband as a way to remember her closest friend.
- Her seiyū, Nakajima Saki, is a famous J-Pop idol.
