Teito Moyu (帝都燃ゆ, The burning of the imperial capital) is a Muv-Luv Alternative Total Eclipse prelude story released alongside the PC version of the Total Eclipse visual novel. It received a Steam release on November 14, 2023 including an English translation under the title The imperial capital burns.It focuses on Takamura Yui's past during her days as a cadet for the Imperial Guard training school. Taken from and expanding upon the first two episodes of the anime, it covers issues such as her interaction with her friends and allies, to her first battle against the BETA and the reason to her attachment to the Type-94C.
