Ichimonji Takahashi is the charismatic personal chauffeur of Mitsurugi Meiya. A consummate professional and driver of peerless skill, Takahashi was formerly a star runner in Kanto who was forced to give up his athletic career to serve the Mitsurugi family. He brings his laptop with him on the job and is always on the lookout for the optimum strategy to seduce women. The vehicle Takahashi drives is a 60 meter long limousine with enough armor to withstand anti-tank missiles that was custom designed to convey members of the Mitsurugi family in extreme comfort and safety.
Shirogane Takeru enlists Takahashi to help him breach the Mitsurugi estate and stop Meiya's wedding from taking place. Takahashi expertly steers his limousine through crowded streets and military-grade security forces to get Takeru to the wedding, setting a personal record for time in the process. Takahashi tells Takeru to take care of Meiya, and then passes out from severe injuries.

Shortly before the start of Operation Ouka, the XG-70d Susanoo IV transporting Shirgane Takeru, Kagami Sumika, and Yashiro Kasumi to the drop zone came under fire from Heavy Laser-class BETA during reentry into the atmosphere. With the mission in jeopardy, Takahashi heroically steers the Yunagi directly into the line of fire to shield the Susanoo IV long enough for it to complete its descent. Other HSST captains are inspired by Takahashi's selfless act and also sacrifice their ships to protect the Susanoo IV. Takahashi perishes when the Yunagi is destroyed.

- Ichimonji means "one letter, straight line, beeline" (一文字).
- Takahashi means "hawk, falcon" (鷹) (taka) and "beak, bill" (嘴) (hashi).

- Ichimonji Takahashi is a parody of the character Ryosuke Takahashi in Initial D.
- Ichimonji Takahashi is voiced by Takehito Koyasu, who, in addition to voicing Ryosuke Takahashi in Initial D, is known for his work as Dio Brando in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, among other roles.
